Dear Sir,,

I'm pleased to extend my profound greetings and respect wishing you all success and happiness in all your valued work for the world peace and security.

Firstly, I know well that you are a judiciary authority specialized in international disputes and I know that you work for the interest of the world's peace and stability in order to live happily and I know that this my letter is the most strange complaint that you have ever received in the history of your tribune.

Please do not ignore my letter and I hope it will receive your attention. The subject is that I was officially invited to attend the 12th International AIDS Conference in Geneva, but before attending the conference I sent many letters to WHO in Geneva requesting to be considered an official speaker in the conference and I attended the conference to declare to the world of my discovery of the therapy for AIDS and Cancer by herbs but they apologized giving unacceptable excuses and I expected the conference will fail and it did, when I attended the conference I was not able to decide whether it was a display of candum or green apples or Indian and African dance and songs. The conference was a failure in all levels. I'm submitting this complaint versus the World Health Organization in Geneva and request that your honorable body would from a committee of internationally recognized physicians to discuss my herbs and my herbal therapy and I'm prepared to appear in a public session for the same.

I hope you will not ignore my letter as I'm struggling against the world and threatened of every kind of violence I'm prepared to send a sample of these herbs for test by the greatest doctors of the world.
