In The Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
This is the fourthurgent letter, and as you know, the prophet Mohammed, peace be upon him , has
been expelled from Mecca, because there is no dignity for a prophet in this home land, and also no
dignity for a successful Arabian among Arabs.
I have announced this during Lebanon's first conference on herb medicine headed by Mr. Rafik Al-
Hariri, the Lebanese prime Minister and Dr. Marwan Hamadah, the Lebanese Health Minister.
I informed them about my ability to cure Adis and Cancer by using the herbs, and I told the
conference that there is no dignity for a successful Arabian among the Arabs and that the successful
Arabian among the Arabs is always imprisoned or insulted or disgraced .

I would like to offer my discoveries to your government openly and I am ready to be subject for an
open trial in order that the whole world knows who is Sheikh Saleh Bin Zaid Bin Saleh Bin Abdul-
Aziz, the most renowned expert in the field of herb medicine throughout the world, who has been
praised by the newspapers in the Arab World.

If it is proved that my discovery is true, I will grant it to your government free of charge provided
that this discovery be registered in my name, and that I get the American Nationality and committees
to be formed from Europe, especially France, Germany, Italy, Russia, Holland, Belgium, Austria,
Romania, Sweden, Norway and Denmark, and a committee from the world health organization,
Geneva, Switzerland, which I have informed about this matter.

I am ready to come to America in order to meet your Excellency and to bring samples of herbs
which cure the Aids and Cancer to be examined openly.
